Healthcare professionals from GP practices around Rochford are helping local people stay well, with a series of pop-up clinics.
Staff from Rochford District Primary Care Network (PCN) will be at locations around Rochford District, offering basic healthchecks and advice on a range of different conditions. Led by PCN paramedic Joe Stone, the team attending includes our Healthcare Assistant and Wellbeing Link Coordinators.
Joe Stone said: “These clinics are a chance for people to get basic checks such as blood pressure, height and weight without going to their GP practice. It means we can be more proactive in identifying patients who might be at risk of developing a more serious condition, and work with them to ensure they get the right support.”
As well as clinics at Clements Hall Leisure Centre, we are also attending supported housing sites St Luke’s Place, The Mallards and Coachman’s Court.
